Flying Lobster Radio Show

Last week the show took a week off while Alex was roasting in the Indio sun. This week the show returns with some new music and stories from Coachella. Tune in tonight at 8 PM EST on Ghetto Radio!

So I haven’t updated this page in quite awhile and I doubt if anyone still even reads this anymore but i’m bored so why the hell not do a little update. Ok so the last couple of week’s shows haven’t really been podcast worthy so there hasn’t been anything uploaded to the page. Tonight I will try to upload tonight’s show as soon as possible. And speaking of tonight’s show there will be all KINDS of chillwave to go around. After seeing Neon Indian live I downloaded a few of their albums and will be playing some good shit off of those. Also I will be doing a ghetto radio world famous album autopsy of The Joy Formidable’s “The Big Roar” so you can get your shoegaze on as well. That’s about all for now tune in at 8 for more details…

I would go back to 1998. Get ready to hop in the Flying Lobster time machine as we will go back to the year 1998 and listen to all the music from that year. Well, probably not ALL the music, but whatever alextide32 deems playable.

It’s gonna be a chill kinda night on the show as we take on chillwave, ambient and everything chill. The show starts at 8 so tune in on Ghetto Radio!

The lobsters will once again fly over the Ghetto Radio airwaves tonight! It’s been two weeks, due to superbowl and grammy shenanigans, since we’ve been on the air. Tonight’s show will focus on hipster garbage, grammy musics and other things.

Expect lots of 80′s tunes on tonight’s program as well as more hipster garbage and drunk rambling. All new show tonight at 8 on Ghetto Radio!

Tune in tonight as the Flying Lobster Radio Show takes you back to the year 1992. From Nirvana to Sir Mix-A-Lot, we’ll be playing it all. Also plenty of hipster garbage to go along with it. So grab a drink and tune in tonight at 8.

Of course I’m talking about Coachella. The lineup was just announced and tickets sold out already. We’ll be playing music from some bands at this year’s desert festival and also we’ll be doing an album autopsy of Fitz and the Tantrums “Pickin’ Up The Pieces”, another band at Coachella.

Tune in this Sunday as the lobsters fly into 2012. For the first show of the year we’ll be playing some new stuff and some music for the new year (whatever that might be). Also expect an album autopsy and some new segments in the near future.
